How to Recruit Your Friends on Facebook

I love talking to people on the phone about my business.  I love to explain all the details about what I can offer them and how they can change their lives by implementing all the methods that I’ve used in my career and became successful.
I love to talk to people and listen to their genuine concerns about  questions they may have or listen to the happiness in their voice when they talk about something that has so much meaning to them.  In short, I am a people person and there are many people just like me.
Don’t get me wrong, I love to communicate through e-mails but talking to someone on the phone has a totally different impact on me.  With all this said, let’s find out how you can call your many friends using the power of the  Facebook.
Did you ever wonder how you can talk to your friends on Facebook by calling them? Actually, it’s very easy.  The phone numbers of your friends on Facebook have been right there in front of you all this time, and you may not be aware of it.
If you go to your Facebook website and look at the right side of the screen, you will find a tab called Account, click on it and then click on Edit Friends.  Now, if you look on your left side of your screen, you’ll see a little cell phone icon.  If you click that cell phone icon, it will bring up all of your friends with their phone numbers.
The next thing you should do is call your friends up and tell them that you are friends on Facebook, but you wanted to talk to them on the phone and see how they are doing.  Then, use your sales skills and ask them questions about how their business does and what is working and what’s not.  After you identify a problem, offer a solution to their  problem and pretty soon these people will start contacting you because you became a trusted source.  One day they will become one of your team members because they trust you and know that you will help them to achieve your level of success.

How to Become Motivated in Your Home Based Business

Nowadays, almost everybody has some type of home based business.  One of the greatest things about home based business is that you are the "Boss."  You can manage your time however you want and whenever you want.  You don't have a boss to tell you what to do or which "one week" project has a deadline of "one day."   You are your own boss, you are not controlled by anybody  and the best part is, that you are the only decision maker.

We all know many other advantages that come with home based business.  Now let's talk about the biggest challenge that everybody faces in the home based business.  And that my friends, is self motivation.  How do you make yourself to get out of your bed at a certain time and work?  How do you pretend that you actually came out of your house and went to work.  Your boss (in this case YOU) has certain expectations from you and you better meet them.

I thought about writing of the self motivation tips that I know but the video below does a fantastic job.  Please watch the video and learn all the tips and tricks for your success.

How to Brand Yourself as a Leader

It is easier than you think to brand yourself as a leader in the type of business that you are in.  By creating some blogs about yourself, will get you a good start.  A true leader has knowledge about his business and he volunteers to share his knowledge with others.

First, you start by creating at least three social network profiles for yourself.  Make sure that you have a good, professional looking picture for your profile.  Then, you start writing about yourself.  You can write by using blogs such as Wordpress.com, Blogger.com or write articles in Ezinearticle.com.  I prefer to use a blogger website along with Ezinearticles.  Write about where you come from, what type of position you used to have, what you are currently doing, what challenges you had when you started your business, how you overcame your challenges, what hobbies and interests you have and what made you start your current business.  When you write about yourself, try to connect with your reader, talk from your heart and please do not try to sell anything at this point.  You will have plenty of opportunities to sell.

Many times, I have heard the question "how do I become a leader and attract more people to my business when I haven't made money yet?"   The interesting part to this question is that people don't understand that Leadership is not about how much money you made.  Let me explain why?  People follow leaders because they can learn from them.  Leadership is about having a knowledge and sharing that knowledge.

If you want to become a leader, then you have to start educating yourself.  Read books, listen to CDs, watch DVDs and Videos.  Pretty soon you'll be amazed at how much knowledge you have.  Once you gain your knowledge, start the sharing and teaching process.  Whatever you know, write about it or make a video of it.  Every day people are looking for a true leader and once you start teaching your knowledge, then people will follow you.  Suddenly, you will realize that a leader is born.

The process of becoming a leader is simple - gain knowledge, teach others what you know and watch the  money pouring in.
